All Airsoft and/or Paintball goods sold on iiSports.com are specifically for recreational use on a licensed game field only.

All Martial Arts practice weapons, training equipment and protective equipment sold on iiSports.com are to be used under licensed supervision only.

All sale transactions are completed in the state of California under California law and regulations.

If there is any dispute about or involving iiSports.com's services and/or products provided, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the state of California, City of Carson.

Buyer assumes full responsibility of all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, buyer's local laws, buyer's local regulations, and ownership of Airsoft and/or Paintball replicas.

You will not hold iiSports.com Inc., its owners, affiliates or employees responsible for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership of any product sold by iiSports.com.

You acknowledge that due to their potential strategic value, export of certain products sold by iiSports.com may be prohibited by the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. You represent that you will not export any prohibited or restricted items in violation of the law.

All Airsoft replicas are sold with a bright orange tip to comply with federal law and regulations.  This bright orange tip is NOT to be removed.

iiSports.com Inc. will not be responsible for injuries and damages caused by improper usage, user errors, careless misuse, customer modifications, lack of qualified adult supervision, use outside of a non-licensed game field, willful ignorance to risk, or any other use outside the normal scope of use for each product.
