How many items do you offer?

iiSports.com is the internet's largest and oldest online extreme sports store. We currently carry over 8000 items ready to ship every single day. We recieve new items into our expanding wharehouse every single day. We take pride in offering you more choices, the best brands, lower prices and fast and affordable shipping.

Can I place my order without a credit card?

At the current time we do not offer you the ability to place an order on our online store without the use of a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

I need my order quickly, what are my options?

Easy! All you need to do is when checking out of our online store make sure you select a different shipping method. The default is 'Ground' Shipping but there are several other options including Three Day Air, Two Day Air, or Overnight to help get you your gear as soon as possible.

I recieved a order confirmation what does this mean?

This simply means that after you placed your order online with us, that the system recognized your order and everything went thru the system as planned. Keep in mind that your order will still need to be processed and shipped. It can take upwards of 48 business hours to process orders before they are shipped out of our wharehouse.

Will you special order an item for me?

iiSports.com provides over 8000 items for your convenience, at this current time we do not provide special orders.
My item was in stock on your website but now its out of stock?
Our inventory is currently updated two times per working day. If we are low on an item in between these times there could be a small chance by the time you order your item its out of stock when it was in stock.

How long does it take for a backordered item to arrive?

When the arrival time for a backorder item changes, it is normally due to a manufacturing delay. At iiSports.com we try to keep our stock full, however, there are times when we are not able to receive merchandise from the manufacturer. We understand how important it is to receive your order on a timely basis and we continually replenish our stock before it is depleted.

How soon will my return be processed?

Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days from the time it is received in our office. Orders taken by credit card will have their credit card refunded in approximately 3-5 business days from the time the package was received in our office. If you request a exchange, the return should be processed and on it’s way back to you within 1-3 business days from its received date. In some instances it may be necessary to contact you regarding your return, please provide a contact number or email address.

iiSports.com takes every effort to ensure you package arrives in satisfactory condition. If your package is damaged please call our customer service (1-800-898-2042), and speak to a customer service representative. Do not discard the shipping carton until you have spoken with us. 


Where can I find your sale items?

There a few different areas where you can find our sale items: iiSports Outlet Store, and also on Ebay.com

Our Outlet Store offers brand new overstocked or discontinued items and accessories at 20-75% off. To access these sale items simple click on the Outlet Store link on the home page and select the category of items of your choice.

You will also find excellent deals on new, damaged or discontinued items at our Ebay Stores at ebay.com.

Can I get my tracking number please?

When you place an order at our website an account is created where your able to log in to view your past orders and the status of those orders including your tracking numbers for your items. Please go to our homepage and log into your account using the username and password given when checking out.

Why is the online price different than whats is shown in your print catalog?

Prices on certain items may change in the interim of our catalogs being printed. Our sales staff will inform you of any price change that may have occurred when you are placing you order. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, you will be charged the lower amount. If the price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.

Why are your online prices different than the prices in your retail store?

Several reasons, the biggest being the level of service we are able to offer to our store customers (i.e. all products are on display for you to 'touch & feel', many times our store staff will assist in installing parts, etc.).

Can I get the same price in your retail store as you have listed on your website?

On many items, the answer is yes. However, our stores & website operate independently so there is no guarantee. What's on sale in our stores may not be on sale on the web and vise versa and neither is obligated to honor prices found on the other (or on ebay).

Can I pick up the items I order off your website at your retail store ?

All internet orders placed have to be shipped and cannot be picked up at our retail stores. This is because sometimes your items may be shipped from different locations and they may not have what you ordered at the store.

We appreciate your interest in becoming a I&I Dealer. It is very simple to be setup as a Dealer, All we need you to do is Fax or Email a Copy of your Business/Sellers Permit, Along with any addition company info you may have (Phone, Fax, etc). Then you will be setup as a Dealer and given access to our Wholesale Website. There's NO charge to open an account and NO Minimum Order.

Does I&I Sports Offer Drops Shipping?

YES, At no Extra charge we can ship directly to your customers. No Label, I&I Stickers, Catalogs, Or Invoice are included in the box so your customers have no Ideal it came from us. Let I&I Sports be YOUR Warehouse!

Why don't you have a printed price book?

Prices change often in Paintball & Airsoft with many items changing daily. 
The prices on our website are the most up to date, please feel free to login 
at any time. Or you can always email or call us for the latest price on any 
particular item (we try to pass price reductions along as soon as we are 
notified by manufaccturers!)

Are you a full line wholesaler who supplies everything?

Yes, but we won't carry items that we have evaluated and won't sell in our own 
stores. All items we offer must have value to you or your customers.

Are you the cheapest supplier?

We're the cheapest on many items and others we're not. We specialize in 
closeouts, soft goods and accessories.

We're a small dealer, can we still buy from you?

Yes, in fact we cater to small dealers! We have no problems shipping very 
small orders and accept all major credit cards.
