Multi-purpose lightweight training staff. Finished rattan with skin removed and clear coat. Has traditional styled burn patterns along the entire length of the staff. Inspired by the Filipino stick fighting arts but suitable for any martial arts style. Flexible, fast and durable. Perfect for practice or demonstration. 72" long.
