Grandmaster Glenn C. Wilson is a respected martial artist renowned for his mastery and teaching of Pai Lum Tao, a traditional Chinese–Hawaiian kung fu system. A direct disciple of the founder, Great Grandmaster Daniel K. Pai, Wilson began training in martial arts as a child and later became a world-class competitor, claiming five world titles and eight U.S. national championships, as well as serving as a coach for the U.S. national karate team.

With its roots in the Chinese-Hawaiian cultures, Pai Lum Tao, or the "Way of the White Dragon" has been kept a secret to most of the Martial Arts world. Yet for decades it has produced some of the top Martial Artists and competitors. It is a traditional martial arts system that blends Chinese Kung Fu, Karate, and internal arts like Tai Chi and Qigong. It emphasizes fluid motion, powerful strikes, joint locks, throws, and deep breathing to develop both physical strength and internal energy. Pai Lum Tao includes striking and grappling techniques, weapons training, and personal growth. The style is known for its graceful yet effective fighting approach, combining the elegance of kung fu with practical self-defense skills.
