Fairly comprehensive instruction covers footwork patterns, blows & elbow locks/breaks, defenses, a kicking form, and more. Torres includes a leg/shin disruption and Silat's version of Centerline theory, and a free flow/multiple opponent drill with Torres defending against his assistants. 55 minutes.
