Fast-paced Japanese action movie in which a pair of gangsters do battle in unconventional fashion. When Shonzo Iwaki (Tak Sakaguchi) returns to Japan from South America he is enraged to learn that his father; crime boss Kenzo (Akaji Maro); was betrayed and murdered by his second-in-command; Kurawaki (Shingo Tsurumi); who has proceeded to assume control of the family's empire. Shonzo confronts Kurawaki and the pair do battle; leaving both with severe injuries. Helpfully for Shonzo; he awakes in a mysterious medical facility to find out that his two injured limbs have been replaced with a rocket launcher and a machine gun. Shonzo once again seeks out Kurawaki; who has had similarly potent surgery; and the pair prepare themselves for an even more destructive showdown.
