3 DVD Set Aikido Master Morihiro Saito - Empty Hand, Sword, Jo Staff

In Japan; there are some great Masters and then there are those who raise the bar several notches higher then the rest do. Master Saito has done that in this 3 DVD set on Aikido where he not only teaches the empty hand techniques of Aikido but he also shows the sword attacking and defense techniques plus he also teaches his favorite weapon the classic Aikido weapon 'JO'. We can only be thankful that someone captured this material on 16mm back in the 1960s or it would have been lost to antiquity. This high quality black and white footage was recently found in the archives of a top level Judoka who bought it after reading the Master's books; Traditional Aikido; which had the advertisements for the 8mm films inside the book.
