In this second level of Basic play Randy Williams shows not only footwork but the accompanying kicks from the Wing Chun system. He also goes into very good detail on the principle of Centerline. The Invisible Kick is discussed and shown in application. Take the 'basics' title seriously but Williams demonstration will give you hours of work to do.
